2. Booking and Payment

1. All dance lessons and packages must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in-person.

2. Payments are required upfront at the time of booking via credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods available on our website.

3. Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect bookings already made.

 

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

1. Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the lesson will be rescheduled at no extra charge.

2. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the lesson will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling within this period may incur an additional fee.

3. In case of unforeseen circumstances on our end, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel lessons with prior notice.

4. Any untaken lessons will not be refunded.

 

4. Gift Vouchers

1. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be used within 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

2. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

 

5. Liability

1. While we ensure a safe environment during lessons, participants take part at their own risk. Wedding Dance Diva will not be held liable for any injuries sustained during lessons.

2. It is the responsibility of the participant to inform the instructor of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect their ability to participate.

 

6. Intellectual Property

1. All content on the Wedding Dance Diva website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and videos, is the property of Wedding Dance Diva and protected by copyright law.

2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the website without our prior written consent.
