The perfect way to kick-start your hen’s festivities!
You’ve finished your flower-crown workshop or paint & sip, NOW it’s time to get the girls moving! Grab a maxi uber or 3 and head to our pre-booked dance hall for your Dance Class. Here you’ll learn a few short routines to your favourite tunes from your chosen theme.
Over an hour and half, you’ll shake your booty, roll your hips, toss your hair, laugh and smile with your besties. We will take photos and videos for you to share on your socials, and the Bride will get a special bevy to help celebrate!
Then if you’re heading out for the evening be sure to make a song request to the DJ and hit the floor with your new moves! If you have Mums and Nanas participating we recommend Boot Scoot or Beyonce, as they don't need to swing their heads around or bend to the ground too much (i’ve even had someone with their arm in a cast do the Beyonce class!)

Important Information
Location Options: Saturday mornings at New Market, Paddington, or Hendra. Saturday afternoons at Springhill and Windsor with advance booking. These halls are included. Alternatively, groups may opt for MAD Dance House in the CBD at their expense.
Can We Come to You? We cover proper dance and community halls only. We do not provide classes at private homes or hotel rooms. Hotel function rooms may be hired at your expense.
Pricing: $30 per person with a minimum booking of 10 people. For groups under 10, the cost is $250.
Participants: Final participant numbers required 1 week prior, with pre-payment 3 days before the class. No refunds for no-shows. Please be punctual.
Class Duration: 1.5 hours, including 5 -10 minutes for arrival, any outfit changes required and welcome. 70 minutes of short dance combos, built to your custom playlist. Plenty of drink breaks to keep you hydrated. 10 mins pictures, videos/content for you and a chance to cool down before your next activity.
Dress Code: You're welcome to dance in whatever you feel comfortable in. Just No BARE FEET please, it's a health and safety thing!
Some themes require you to get down and sexy on the floor or drop it like it's hot, so keep that in mind when planning your outfit.
Onlookers: Non-participating onlookers are discouraged to ensure everyone feels comfortable and engaged.
We want everyone to get involved and have fun!
Why We are Different: We don't outsource our teachers. Our team of instructors have been teaching hens groups for years. Your Hens Party deserves to be about you, and we ensure the vibes are kept fun and light. We know how to handle your difficult cousin, your sassy aunty and your rowdy friend. By the end of your session core memories are unlocked, many laughs have been had, and your group will be getting along like a house on fire.
